The Style1 fabricated threaded thermowell is designed for light process conditions and is manufactured from tube or pipe and closed at the tip by a welded cap.
It features a parallel stem profile and has wide variety of process thread connections available. The instrument connection can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT or NPT thread which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor.
The Style 1 fabricated threaded thermowell is available in a wide selection of materials including 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®) and Alloy 600 (Inconel®).
There are a number of optional certification and testing services available including 3.1 material certificates to ensure full traceability, pressure testing and positive material identification (PMI).
