The Style 2 fabricated threaded thermowell features an integral compression fitting which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor. It is an all welded construction with compression gland, suitable for style 2 and 4 temperature sensors.
The Style 2 fabricated threaded thermowell features a parallel stem profile and has wide variety of process thread connections available. The instrument connection can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT or NPT thread which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor. It is available in a wide selection of materials including 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®) and Alloy 600 (Inconel®).
There are a number of optional certification and testing services available including 3.1 material certificates to ensure full traceability, pressure testing and positive material identification (PMI).
