The fabricated weld in thermowell is suitable for style 1 & 9 and styles 2 & 4 temperature probes with a compression gland. The fabricated weld in thermowell is available in a wide selection of materials including 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®) and Alloy 600 (Inconel®).
There are a number of optional certification and testing services available including 3.1 material certificates to ensure full traceability, pressure testing and positive material identification (PMI).
The instrument connection can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT or NPT thread which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor. Our range of temperature sensors can be seen here and here.
